Friday Morning Yoga 

In Hatha Yoga, there will be a balanced combination of asanas (postures) and pranyama (breath work) to help develop flexibility and concentration. Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body bringing balance, strength and mindfulness to the practitioner. Restorative postures and meditation will be incorporated to encourage deep relaxation and to help find a place of stillness within. All levels welcome. 

6 weeks - $70 (one class per week)

Time: 11:30am - 12:30pm

Class Dates: May 12th, 19th, 26th - June 9th, 16th, 22th

Location: My Home, Keswick 

Max 5 participants
