Indoor group cycling classes are a high intensity/low impact cardiovascular workout. During the class, you will experience a varied mixture of hills, flats and sprints. Expect high energy and great music in each and every class. Begin to challenge your mind as well as your body. Let go and just ride. 

Each class runs 45 minutes ending with a 5 minute stretch.
